Sinclair Accounting Co Ltd was formed in 2005 and has sustained substantial growth ever since, including two office moves to bigger premises. The practice employs a number of Chartered Accountants along with book-keepers, payroll clerks and accounts technicians. With over a dozen friendly and experienced staff, there is always somebody on hand to take your call.

Graeme O’Callaghan

Graeme joined the company in September 2008 after graduating from Liverpool JMU with a degree in Business & Finance. He gained membership to the ACCA in March 2012 before transferring to the ICAEW in August 2017.

Gordon Hughes

Gordon formed the company back in 2005 and is a member of the Certified Public Accounts Association. Prior to setting up his own accountancy practice, he spent years in high level business management in the private sector, before returning to his original accountancy roots.

Barbara Clarkson

Barbara qualified with the AAT and ACCA whilst working for a Liverpool firm of Chartered Accountants, later joining Sinclair in 2003.  She has over 20 years accountancy experience in the preparation of financial statements, management accounts and corporation tax returns. She also has extensive knowledge of Sage 50 accounts and can help clients set up and learn how to use the software.

Tracey Dawson-Spence

Tracey is AAT qualified and joined Sinclair in 2005 from Rolls Royce plc. She has thirty years experience in a wide variety of accountancy work. She prepares year end accounts, VAT returns, Tax returns and has an extensive knowledge of payroll.

Andrew Brito-Coll

Andrew joined Sinclair in August 2010 after gaining his degree in Accountancy from Liverpool University. He boasts a wide range of experience in preparing accounts, VAT and tax returns for clients and is currently studying towards his ACCA.
